SOL LANG holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, in graphic design, from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. As graphic designer, he is a founding partner of Crayon Design & Communication, a design firm in Montreal, established in 1980. He has won numerous national and international awards and was a member of the board of the Société des Graphistes du Québec. He has participated in the Advanced Photography Seminar at the Saidye Bronfman Centre for the Arts and has been a member of “8 Versions”, a fine art photography group, where he met regularly and participated in the group’s  exhibitions. He has been actively producing photographic art, as well as video, and has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions, both national and international. MARY BOGDAN is co-founder and partner of Crayon Design & Communication, a Montreal-based graphic design firm, with husband artist/photographer, Sol Lang, and has won numerous international awards. Together they have also founded HeuteKunst publishing in 2007. MARY BOGDAN holds a Fine Arts degree from Concordia University in graphic design, and has participated in creative painting at the Saidye Bronfman Centre for the Arts, and assemblage at the Visual Arts Centre. A graphic designer by profession, Mary is an interdisciplinary artist who paints, creates 3D assemblages, photography, video and has produced several series of limited edition prints. Her works have been exhibited internationally and are in public and private collections, including MOMA - Museum of Modern Art, New York City; MUBE - Museu Brasileiro da Escultura, Sao Paulo, Brazil; MOMA WALES, UK; FluxMuseum, Texas; LACMA - Los Angeles County Museum of Art; MACM - Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal; MBAM - Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal; Musée de l'Elysée, Lausanne, Switzerland; and La collection Loto-Québec. Recently, she has had her third book published: Madonna & Child or Re-parenting my Inner Child.
